Senior Markeesa Harris, is a first-year staff member in AICE media studies. Shes took journalism before during the pandemic, so she feels as if it ruined her experience to help with the yearbook. She has a passion for crafts and designing. This class makes Markeesa comfortable enough to share her creative ideas with editors and other staff members working on the yearbook. She is also excited for the interactive portion that this class provides, so it can help her connect with new people and make new colleagues. She hopes to work on the student life section of the yearbook because she wants to learn about different cultures and traditions throughout her school. Markeesa wants to go to college to work towards being a pharmacist or a Dentist.
